Workout of the Week: Rings With Daniel from Planet Granite on Vimeo.

Rings are an excellent tool for climbers to build up shoulder strength, arm strength, and core strength.  PG Sunnyvale staffer Daniel demonstrates a workout including Dips, Rows, Frenchies, and Climber Twists.
