Shoulder Strength & Stability
These four shoulder strength and stability exercises are an easy addition to your existing regiment. They can help with injury prevention, as well as pushing your grades!
TIME: ~20 minutes
DIFFICULTY: All levels
EQUIPMENT: Resistance band, small towel, very light dumb bell.
FOCUS: Shoulder strength and stability.
Climbing and climbing training, such as the exercises in the WOW, are inherently dangerous activities. Participation in these exercises is done at your own risk.
