Beginning Yoga Workshop : Building Foundations
with Emily Galvin
Sunday October 9th • 1:30-3:30pm at PG Belmont

Calling all students new to yoga and those looking to fine tune their asana’s and breath work.Please join us for a workshop to become comfortable doing the basic yoga poses found in all our PG yoga classes.There will be time for questions as we breakdown each asana (pose) and slowly move between them. The slower pace of this workshop allows you to take your time and learn the correct way to enter, be in, and exit a pose safely.

No prior experience needed. Beginner and intermediate students are welcome.
COST: $30 for members, $40 non-members

Drop-ins on the day of our workshop are welcome if there is space available.

Emily Galvin RYT has been developing her yoga practice since 2002 and is driven by bringing Yoga to new students. Her intention as a teacher is to help others to learn/heal/connect from the inside out. Her yoga classes encourage students to tap into their own creativity and learn to focus, stay present and rejoice in the NOW. Yoga is about having fun, playing, and listening to your body to know when to restore and when to smile and push through.
